1. General Information
Purchases of TR soles must be made at least 15 days prior to the required delivery date.
All purchase orders must be confirmed in writing (by email or WhatsApp).
The company reserves the right to accept or modify the order.
2. Order Conditions
Minimum order: A minimum of 60 pairs will be established, depending on the model and color.
Technical specifications: The customer
Must indicate the model, size, color, and exact quantity of pairs for each size run at the time the order is placed.
Any changes after the order has been confirmed may only be made within the first 48 hours.
3. Production and Availability
Delivery times begin once the order has been confirmed and the payment or deposit has been received.
In case of material shortages or high demand, the company will notify the customer with the option to reschedule, substitute the product, or cancel without penalty.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, deposit, or authorized electronic methods.
For custom orders or large volumes, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Failure to complete payment will result in the order being held until payment is regularized.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made throughout the Mexican Republic using reliable parcel services and carriers.
Shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or force majeure.
6. Receipt and Warranty
The customer must inspect the merchandise upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
7. Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted only if made at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
For custom orders, cancellations and returns do not apply.
